Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED)

Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED®) is a rating system devised by the United States Green Building Council (USGBC) to evaluate the environmental performance of a building and encourage market transformation towards sustainable design. Buildings are awarded “certified” (36%), silver (45%), gold (55%) or platinum (73%).

EcoBrite takes our environmental initiatives seriously. 90-100% Hybrid Vehicles by 2025, 100% of equipment meet HEPA and low-noise standards, chemicals are 100% Green Certified, and EcoBrite supports documentation and sustainability efforts for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) building credits with certified International Sanitary Supply Association (ISSA) Cleaning Industry Management Standard for Green Buildings (CIMS-GB)

LEED-AP: The LEED Professional Credentials were developed to encourage green building professionals to maintain and advance their knowledge and expertise. A LEED Professional Credential provides employers, policymakers, and other stakeholders with assurances of an individual’s current level of competence and is the mark of the most qualified, educated, and influential green building professionals in the marketplace.

LEED-GA: The LEED Green Associate credential is intended for professionals who want to demonstrate green building expertise in non-technical fields of practice. The Green Building Certification Institute (GBCI) has created the LEED Green Associate credential, which denotes basic knowledge of green design, construction and operation basic knowledge of green design, construction, and operation.
