CBSE: is a designation awarded by the Building Service Contractors Association International (BSCAI) that indicates the individual has met educational requirements, passed a rigorous examination, and ascribed to a pledge to uphold the professionalism in all aspects of his/her business. Less than 1% of all facility service professionals have achieved this type of certification
